Retreat
Austin, Texas
November 12-14, 2026
Thursday Night ➛ Saturday Afternoon
A weekend for renewal.
Fatherhood is both a sacred joy and a weighty responsibility. To be a father, a husband, and a disciple of Jesus is to carry a calling that shapes generations. Yet many of us feel the gap. We long to lead our families with love and wisdom, but instead, we often feel worn thin, distracted, or alone in the work.
The Intentional Fatherhood Retreat is an invitation to step away from the noise and into holy space. Over the course of the weekend, you’ll be invited to abide with Jesus, to receive fresh vision for your calling, and to practice the kind of rhythms that form the soul and ripple out into your home. This is not about adding more to your plate. It’s about slowing down, remembering who you are in Christ, and letting the Spirit renew you for the long journey of fatherhood.
After our first retreat in Costa Mesa, CA in February, we can’t wait to do it again for our second stop of 2026 at the Intentional Fatherhood Retreat November 12-14 in Austin, TX.
Why a Fatherhood Retreat?
Across Seasons 1 & 2 of the Intentional Fatherhood Podcast, themes emerged that strike at the core of what it means to be a father:
-
Facing the past — its blessings and its brokenness — so you can pass on health, not hurt.
-
Learning that fatherhood isn’t meant to be lived alone. Soul friends and community strengthen us against isolation.
-
Establishing spiritual disciplines in your home that form your kids in the gospel through ordinary, everyday moments.
-
Cultivating rhythms of love, discipline, and intimacy with your spouse while raising children together.
-
Seeing how our physical health, work, and rest shape the way we love God and our families.
This retreat pulls together those threads into a live, immersive experience where men can learn, rest, and grow together.

That’s ultimately something for you to prayerfully discern. While much of the content will be similar, we believe each gathering creates space for God to move in fresh and personal ways. You may find it meaningful to return, and even to invite friends or family to experience it alongside you.
